This bipartisan report from the staff of the Senate Foreign Relations Comm. (SFRC) presents their findings from a visit to Tibet from Sept. 719, 2010. Four staff members, accompanied by officials from the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, traveled to the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) and Tibetan regions of Western China.
